– If you are suffering from an ailment, you have taken doctor’s advise already and following it properly. BeFitYou.org or its staff can never be held responsible for any health concerns you may have or may get after starting diet and training.
– Once a diet and workout is published for you, we cannot reschedule or pause it.
– BeFitYou.org does not sell or promote any physical products or supplements and whatever you take should be based on a doctor’s advise
– BeFitYou.org is a platform providing services and hence there can never be any refunds though you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime and balance if any due to downgrade will be adjusted with extended membership time of the new plan.
– In case of any any issues, please let our support team know at support@befityou.org as soon as possible. The decision of our support team in that matter would be final and binding to you and cannot be challenged anywhere else.
– We may terminate your account, bar you, your machine or your IP from using BeFitYou.org and terminate this agreement anytime with or without reason. The decision would be binding and cannot be challenged anywhere else.
– You as a BeFitYou.org member will not post false or fraudulent reviews anywhere about our platform or our services and before posting any negative review, you will first contact our support team to try and resolve the issue if any.

All payments you make are non refundable and there can be no refunds under any circumstances however your payment for membership plans and extra workout sessions can be adjusted with upgrade/downgrade to any other plan and extending the dates.
